Welcome to your Coastal Charm Home. We have smart lock access so, when you get to the door, put in the code and open the door. When you leave the unit, and close the main door behind you. Make sure you always press the lock symbol button on the key pad before leaving the premises. DO NOT LOCK SLIDING DOOR when exiting the building. The laundry key is in the drawer straight ahead as soon as you walk in front door, it’s a gold key with a fob attached to it. Guest must park in the back of the building, in the alley parking lot. The middle parking spot is the designated parking spot.
