Jonny’s place was exactly what we expected and more! The place was super clean, the washer and dryer was perfect addition. Everything looked just like the photos. Parking is super close and extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is absolutely beautiful! We did take a stroll down to the beach. It was a very pleasant walk. Especially since there were so many nice shops and restaurants along the way. We loved it and we will definitely be back!!

Jon was a great host - communicative, helpful and generous. This is a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood in Berkeley where we could relax with easy access to shopping, restaurants and even San Francisco. Glad to have spent time there.

The place was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Clear instructions with easy checkin instructions. My Husband and I traveled with our 3 young daughters and they loved the place so that was an absolute plus. Great location, restaurants and galleria mall were just minutes away.

Jon was an excellent guest, the place was more than what I expected. My grandson had a lot of fun on the PS4, he has football & shooting games. Which he loves those types of games. The King bed mattress is comfortable like I was sleeping on a cloud & the host has board games and sand toys for my grandson to play in the sand. Overall great experience.

We visit San Diego 1-4 times a year. We loved staying in Pacific Beach at Jon’s home. The home had the perfect amount of space for our family of four. It was easy to find and close to many things on foot or by car. The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Jon was quick to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back again next year!

I needed somewhere to stay while my place was being rehabbed. Jon’s apt was perfect. Very well furnished and equipped. In a great part of town, awesome, convenient neighborhood. Jon was especially flexible with scheduling, which was helpful. Couldn’t be happier!
